I have tiny white bugs in my kitchen. I first noticed it on my microwave first I thought it was dust or I thought it might be flour or grain of salt and I was wiping it I saw it moved you have to look really closely and hold your breath to see them moving they're so tiny. I cleaned the whole microwave but a couple of minutes later I saw them coming back they were everywhere in my microwave so I put my microwave In a black bin bag and put it in the garage as I don't know how to get rid of the bugs in the microwave completely beacause my microwave is expensive and not long since I bought it then I checked to see if they were in anywhere else in the kitchen these little suckers were eveywhere in my cupboards. I don't know how to get rid of them as it is my first time I've ever had any bug problem this big as I'm normally a clean freak so I've absolutely got no clue what to do.
Pleaseeee helpppp!!

The first thing you need to do is identify what you have. Control measures are different for different types of insect. If you can take a close up picture to post that would help tremendously in identification.

Two different species come to mind when "tiny white bugs" are mentioned. The picture on the left is a psocid, often called a booklouse. On the right is a grain mite. Note the difference in size. Booklice run about an eighth of an inch or 3mm while grain mites go about half a millimeter.

The solution for both is reducing humidity in the environment.

How do I upload pictures here? I don't have my laptop with me my sister has borrowed it. I'm using my phone.
Thanks!

From a phone? I'll have to check. Fortunately we've got a fairly responsive admin team here.

I found one. It should work from a phone as well.

There is no option here "go advanced" and I'm still unable to upload pics but anyway the bugs r definitely not 3mm they're smaller so I think it's the right hand side bug in the picture they r very tiny.
Thanks very much

Look into a dehumidifier. That will eliminate the mildew the grain moths feed on.
