Every time I turn off my PC and unplug it to electrical socket I have to configure the cmos setup of my PC.. I already changed the battery of my motherboard and check the jumper setting.. still,the problem exist! I appreciate any suggestion for my problem.. tnx!

Sounds like you may have damaged the battery receptacle when you changed it so that the CMOS isn't getting powered.

I'll try to check the battery receptacle then I'll let you kow the result..
