So this guy and I hit it off pretty well. We meet a few times and talked over the phone. My friend hooked us up. Now all the sudden he isn't talking to me and I'm not sure of what to do. My friend says that he likes me but is confused because he doesn't know if I like him because he says I'm too basic whatever that means. I'm not sure if I should tell him or wait till he comes around.

If he is confused about this issue, think of what a relationship with him is going to be like. I can see the writing on the wall and I am not even there.

My opinion... forget him... find someone that actually has an idea of what they want. Don't waste time on someone that can't make their mind up.

You haven't really invested too much time or anything into him yet. If he's flakey now does he become more or less flakey later on? More flakey would not be a good thing.

If it ain't clicking then don't worry about it. Why should you do anything, especially all you got are his actions, and a friends opinion, and neither amounted to squat, or something you should act on. You really don't know what's going on with him, or what he means when he talks to your friend.

Do nothing but your own thing, for yourself. Be careful of your matchmaking friend. Good intention can have lousy outcomes.
