My neptune maytag dryer will not run but all the lights are blinking. Have unplug and fliped the braker still nothing. Modle#mde5500ayw ss#69495539Gj please help.

You will need to get a digital multimeter, or even an analog one will work, and learn how to use it, especially on the "ohms" setting to test for continuity. More than likely, your dryer needs to be disassembled and cleaned out thoroughly by taking each section out and washing it out to remove all the build-up which is like concrete. Once you do that you will be able to test all the safeties, replacing the blown ones, and replacing the belt and greasing the bearings with white lithium grease (hi-temp grease).
