My shower started dripping out of the head. I called a plumber, but he said that the fixtures are so old, parts may not be available any longer. He also indicated that most showers have a single control faucet like is in the center of my stall; he never saw one like I have with two separate faucets for hot and cold. In the photo, the working faucet valves are on the left and right with clear plastic roundish knobs. The center single control has been disconnected form the water line when the others were installed in the mid-1980s. I think they are Delta, but not sure the part number or what to look for in replacement parts.

What do the valves that don't leak have to do with the shower head that is? That's the picture you should have shown, unless you are looking to replace them all. Seems simply replacing an "O" ring in the shower head would solve your problem or have I misunderstood what you have written?

I think the innards of one or both of the faucets need to be replaced, that why I have a drip. I wanted to know what part number the Delta faucets are.
