I just had my sewer line replaced a year ago and now When my washer drains sewer water is backing up into my tub and toilet. What should I do? I also get the toilets making the bubble noise as well.

You have a partial blockage. The solution is to snake the line. You can snake from the washer roof vent or you can pull the toilet and snake the line from there. If you snake from the roof put out enough snake to reach the base and 15 more feet. Good luck, Tom
