I'm a international student on F1 visa. I want to extend my tax return by filing form 4868. Here are my questions:

Do I need to have form W2 or 1042-S in order to complete form 4868? I don't have them now!
If I extend the deadline, do I get refund again or not?
Should I file any other extension form for state? I live in Pennsylvania.

Appreciate any comments.

You need to determine if you OWE taxes.

It is not likely for Pennsylvania, but you MAY owe for the federal return.

This is important, because the extension is an extension to FILE, NOT an extension to PAY.

Thanks a lot for you answer! Just two quick questions:

1- When is the deadline for submitting form 4868?

2- Do I get refund for my TAX return when I submit 1040-NER and other tax forms AFTER I got the deadline extension ?

1) If mailed, it must be postmarked on or before 15 April 2014.

2) Yes, if you are due a refund, you will get it for up to THREE years after the initial 15 April 2014 filing deadline.
