I have been sick for about a week now, was on z pack antibiotics and vomited up my soda that I drank this morning. I have been wheezing at night which wakes me up. Should I go to an urgent care center to be checked for pneumonia. I have pain in the center of my abdomen which gets bad every time I cough. I have not been this sick since I was a kid. When I went to the doctor he stated I had an acute sinus infection and bronchitis.

Zithromax Z-Pak oral : Uses, Side Effects, Interactions, Pictures, Warnings & Dosing - WebMD (http://www.webmd.com/drugs/mono-3223-AZITHROMYCIN+250%2f500+MG+-+ORAL.aspx?drugid=20602&drugname=Zithromax+Z-Pak+Oral)
Stomach upset, diarrhea (http://www.webmd.com/digestive-disorders/digestive-diseases-diarrhea)/loose stools, nausea (http://www.webmd.com/digestive-disorders/digestive-diseases-nausea-vomiting), vomiting, or abdominal pain (http://www.webmd.com/pain-management/guide/abdominal-pain-causes-treatments) may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
Remember that your doctor has prescribed this medication because he or she has judged that the benefit to you is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using this medication do not have serious side effects.
Call your doctor. If you do go to a clinic they will likely(?) call him too, as the attending physician, but I suspect you have read the same thing I did, so do as it says, call the doctor, OR pharmacist first and do as they instruct.
