A man (bank president?) walks up to the stairs and the custodian is sweeping the stair/landing. The man says to the custodian "where's you uniform?" The custodian is sheepish with his reply. The man tells the custodian to go see his tailor to get a suit made and the ads "make it blue". The man then goes up the stair where he is greeted by an elderly woman/(widow?) who wants to talk with him about her mortgage. The man tells the her that it take care of. The elderly woman asks him again about her mortgage ad the tells her it is all taken care of. The man then goes into a boar meeting with 5 or 6 other men. They are disusing loan to a certain business owner but the committee seems hesitant to approve the loan, so the man (banker) he tell them why it would be beneficial to approve this loan... that is all that I saw. I'd like to find the title and watch the rest of the move. It was filmed in black and white and appeared to have been during the 1930's. Any help or recommendations would be appreciated. Thank you!
