Hello arpita123,
It can take several cycles of using ovofar. Did you doctor check to see if the ovofar helped with ovulation? It is important to have your progesterone levels checked after a cycle of ovofar to see whether it may have helped you to ovulate. Irregular ovulation is a primary concern with polycystic ovaries. You may want to try a few cycles using ovofar and see what results you achieve. If still not pregnant, your doctor may decide to alter the dosage. Do not change the dosage on your own.
Was it determined that your husband has fertility concerns as well? Did he have a sperm analysis done? While he is taking potentially helpful supplements, it could be that he has a fertility concern that may need to be addressed as well. That would be the next step to have done if you haven't already.
