My little sister 1995 Honda accord won't start, 3 days before it happen, my husband had change the timing belt.it was a nightmare , so he finally got it on right, drove her car back to the house, it was working fine, until the third day it didn't won't to start,so he though that it was the relay,he bought it from O'reilly for $78,still didn't start,so he said it could be the fuel pump, when back to town and got a new fuel pump from Napa for $170,still doesn't start , those anyone know why??

. Test all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multi-meter.

. Check for codes.

. Verify that the Check Engine Light (CEL) comes on for 2 seconds and then goes out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II). During this 2 second interval, confirm that you can hear the fuel pump run. If all of that checks out okay, focus on the distributor. Typically, replacing the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil, located inside the distributor, solves the problem. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM.
