Fighting with husband is a daily routine of my life. It is really hard to cope with the situation. I have two little children. And because of them it would be difficult for me to take some drastic step.

If you want to continue fighting with your husband (around your children) a lifetime achievement then stay in your relationship, otherwise get a lawyer, get a job and get out with your kids. Otherwise go to a marriage counsellor and duke it out there. It is not difficult to make a new world for yourself and your children if that is what you truly want.

Why the fighting, what is it over ?

I'm with Tickle... get a job.. and get out, there are lots of single parent moms out there raising mor ethan one kid on their own. Many of them without any help.

Do you know the difference between fighting, and arguing? That would be part of the ground rules you would learn in marriage counseling. There is nothing wrong with having an argument, it is a part of any relationship. But, when arguing turns into fighting, nothing is resolved, tempers take over, people are miserable, and the cycle of this form of communication the two of you have, never changes.

Sometimes it is just something the two of you have to learn how to do.

And with two small children to consider, I would consider counseling a must, even for their sake.

Kids don't understand the meaning of your words, or the reasons for you and your husband doing battle. They only feel the hurt and confusion and the natural impulse to hide and shield themselves from it- why? Because it scares them.

People in a never ending emotional boxing match, never actually finish what they start, because there is no structure in the method of communicating by fighting.

Please make counseling a priority. Learn what you need to learn, and stop damaging your children who think that what they see in their mom and dad's behavior, is normal. It isn't.
