We have a new Kohler kitchen faucet. Shortly afterward we had to turn water off to fix and replace a septic tank and field lines . Before that water pressure great in faucet. Afterwards when water turned back on the pressure is very low in the faucet water pressure.

Hi Clemsonmom77
The issue sounds like it is sediment caught up in the AERATOR of the faucet. Here, older style aerators simply unscrewed and could be cleaned. With many of the newer "pull down" faucets, aerator removal is a little tougher but not really so if you understand the problem...;)
If you have a simple aerator at the end of the pull down spray simply unscrew it and clean it...pulse water on without aerator in place to clear the spout/hose of sediment.
If you have a more complicated pull down spout you should first unscrew the hand-held unit from the hose...be DARN CAREFUL not to let the hose fall back into the faucet when you disconnect the hand-held unit from the hose...not easy to retrieve!! Clear the hose and spray handle...see if that improves things. Otherwise, clear the aerator at the end of the spray handle...may need a pair of needlenose pliers to remove this on many newer units.
See what you can do...
Back to you...
