Hi, I have always been irregular with my period. I get it maybe twice a year. I had unprotected sex exactly two weeks ago. 4days ago I was spotting in the morning. Today I had pink whenever I wiped. I can't be pregnant right? I haven't had a period since January.

Hi kburkart89,
If you are ovulating, you could get pregnant. You will ovulate before you have a period, so even with irregular cycles pregnancy could be a possibility. However, it is also possible that with only two periods a year you may not be ovulating at all; the spotting could be simply due to shift in hormone levels or perhaps you will have another period soon.
Has your doctor discussed possible reasons for the very irregular cycles? Have you tried various ways of perhaps becoming more regular with your periods?
Since you won't really be able to use a missed period as a possible indicator of pregnancy, you could always try a pregnancy test and see what results you get. Be sure to follow the directions on the test carefully. If it is negative, wait another week and test again.
