Tax pain. Ha ha ha! Sorry that time of the year, and that's where your wallet is and... moving along. Though it does illustrate my coming point:
). Pinched nerve.
). Torn ligament
). Bulging disk
). Herniated disk.
). Slipped disk.
). Fallen arches
). Arthritis in your hip socket.
). Sprained/torn/pulled muscle in leg/back.
). Scar tissue from previous injury.
). Improper work environment causing repetitive stress injury.
). Cancer (Damn you WebMD).
I could go on for a lot longer. We don't have enough information to say for certain, though using occam's razor could narrow down to what is likely it couldn't give us anything more concrete. The best plan is to see your doctor that has ALL your information already as well as your medical history and a hands on environment to properly diagnose your condition. It sucks I know, but it would be irresponsible to do otherwise.
