A friend was forced to marry somebody she does not like, her parents got her married to him but she refuse to accept him as a husband, along the way she kept communicating with her boy friend, after a while her parents decide to saperate the marriage because nothing was working out. Please can she get married to that her former boyfriend?

While in a few cultures the parents are able force two people to get married... to my knowledge they do not have that same right to disolve the marriage (divorce them). That would be up to the two people involved. If they did not get divorced... then they do remain married and she won't be able to marry again until that has been done.

Unless she follows the rules and regulations of her religion, then she is still married and cannot remarry without an official divorce.

Yes she can marry, but after an official divorce from the current husband, and whatever law require. :)
