Hey guys, not getting into too much detail but basically I have met a legend (for me at least he is) Im a b-boy, for people who don't know what that is. IT someone who breakdances. So anyway I had a 4 hour session with 'The Legend' today. He is called Crazy Legs from the rocksteady crew. This will probably not mean anything to most people but for us breakdancers he is a very important person. So anyway I had a cool day, got an autograph it was really good. But as I got home (just me alone at home) I feel very lonely. Im usually quite happy and very rarely depressed you see. So I don't know why all of a sudden I'm feeling empty even though I should feel like very happy I had this opportunity. I also feel that the day was over very fast.:confused:

You're just sad that the day is over. Who can blame you, time always flies when you're having fun. If we could only make moments last forever. You are also coming down from the high of a great day. (very normal)

Totally agree is the bodies natural way in coming down off a natural high do not fear tomorrow you will buzzing again and ready to share your experience with all.
