Hi my Rottweiler pup is 3 months old we have had her a week and her stools are soft and green. She was raised until a week a go on a farm. I'm thinking she been eating grass but she been with us a week and having her puppy food should it of cleared by now? Is this cause for concern?

When you got her did you give her the food she's been eating before you purchased her, or did you start her on a new diet?
If you started her on a new diet, did you transition slowly from the old diet to the new? If not, this could be the cause for her green stools. Eating grass is also something that can cause this.
When you change food you need to do it slowly. Start with 3/4 old food, 1/4 new, wait 4 days. If there's no sign of allergy or stomach upset, give 1/2 old food, 1/2 new, and wait 4 days. Still no sign of issues and then 1/4 old food, 3/4 new, wait 4 days. If all is still well you can switch completely to the new food.
If her stools remain green, or her eating habits, or drinking habits, change, or she shows other signs of illness, a trip to the vet is always your best bet.
Keep in mind that we can only guess online. If in doubt, a vet is always your best option.

Giardia can cause the stool to be green and for them to have diarrhea. Seeing as how she was raised on a farm, it is very possible she has some type of intestinal parasite.
Your pup is at the right age to start her vaccine protocol anyway, so a trip to the vet ASAP is in order for her vaccines and for her diarrhea issue.
