We recently purchased a limited edition print with a certificate of authenticity. I can not quite read the artists name on the print or on the certificate. It looks like Max Paynant, but the last name is difficult to make out. The title of the print is "at the copa".

A COA is just a piece of paper, which you or I or anyone can print out. Who is claiming to authenticate the print? I have never heard of the artist or title.
