HVAC Contractor (Me) having problem with recently installed coleman EB15 electric furnace. 4 register left and 4 right. 95 degrees on the left + 120 degrees on the right with same air flow?

Furnace has cooling coil that was with the old lp furnace.

with the covers off the blower the motor loads to 2 amps and the air gets hotter. With the covers on the amps go to1.65 and the motor seams to struggle + the air is now going through the cooling coil. I shined a lite through the coil + if you look you can see the lite. At a glanse you would miss the lite

book calls for 250 sq inches of free area, the coil opening is 12 X 15 or 180 sq inches.

have thought about removing the coil to see how it works on heat. Book said 200 sq inches free area on heat only.

also thought about using my digital manometer to try to get some inches of water column measurements

thought I would take the coil to the car wash or even get another new one but worried the free opening on the bottom of the coil may not be as even as much as 180 sq nches as noted above on the 12 X 15 opening
