Does anyone know how to keep the bing daily image turned off? It keeps turning itself back on after I disable it. Problem just started, I haven't changed anything. I'm using win7, & ie11 browser. Thanks

It might be part of a toolbar you installed whether on purpose or inadvertently. A lot of freeware these days and even trials and paid software make a little money by letting stuff like toolbars piggy back on their installs. The best way to avoid them is to make sure you select the custom install and avoid the "recommended" installs. Look under your IE Tools tab in Manage Addons and see if there is anything in there you didn't want. Just disabling might not do it, you might have to uninstall the darn thing so if you can't uninstall from there look in your Programs and Features in the Control Panel. You might also have to manually change your home page in Tools Internet Options to what you want instead.
