Person cancelled his directv. They told him to return his receiver. Which he did.
But he purchased the receiver from best buy for $49.95. Later he got a letter from DirecTv that he would be refunded the cost of the receiver, it would take 30 days that was in January 2014. No refund.
The Consumer Protection Bureau send him a letter stating: "The Commission does not resolve individual complaints"
What is he to do?
