I've worked for many companys I was woundering do I have any money in my 401k.

Why are you asking us? Did you actually sign up for the plan at the employers? Simply working there didn't make it automatic... if you signed up for the pans you would know, if you don't know if you have any money in one... then you didn't contribute any money into it... and if you didn't contribute any money... then you would have none.

They send quarterly statements to your last address on record with them.

And if as you say you worked for many places...then you would have many plans if you signed up for them.....being there is no one single master 401K plan...you would have had to filled out forms to have rolled the plan from a previous employer to the new employers plan each time....thats the only possible way you could have only one after working many places....and if you had any money you would have known exactly how much at each rollover adn each quarterly statement you would have recieved.

If you have a 401 K plan, which company was it with? Have you been putting money into it ?

Do you get a annual statement from them.

The only way you will know, is to contact the administrator of the 401K plan directly.
