I have had my marina taken out in jan 2014 and since then I have not had my period up until now and every time I go use the rest room I'm peeing out blood instead of urine what does it mean how long is it going to last for and I never had heavy periods they have always been light but now for 2days in a row it's been heavy I don't know what to do. I have looked online but nothing is coming up.

How long does it take to soak a pad? It might be period bleeding, cause it has been about two months, or it could be something worse but you would have seen that sooner. If it doesn't ebb in a few days then see your doctor about it. It is probably just a REALLY heavy period, but I can't say for sure.
