Working other than LOAD squealing. Assuming it is belt that needs to be adjusted/changed. Are there other potential issues I should be looking for?

Unless you want to go through a whole list of things mainly found in your service manual, just see if it is indeed the belt. I would just spray it with belt dressing to start small and simple.
