Hi

I received 1099 Mics for my CPT employment of 4 months of internship in 2013. I had a full time job with the same company in 2013 immediately, so I have W2 form for the rest for the year. I would like to know which forms to submit for my taxes in such a situation. Will it cause any issues right now or in the future for me to get H1 B as well?

Thanks!

You need to submit BOTH Forms. The W-2 income is reported on Line #8 of Form 1040NR, and the 1099 income is reported on Schedule C. After deductions are made for allowable expenses, the net income is reported on Line #13 of the Form 1040NR.
