I am an international student, working on my OPT extension period. I need help to file my IR for year 2013. My federal income tax withheld is $7824 and State income tax is $2745. Could you please tell what amount I should be getting as my refund? My gross income is $61,000.

Also, as far as I know, I need to fill out 1. 1040NR-EZ, 2. 8843 and 3. 540NR forms to file my IR. Is there anything I might be missing to file my IR?

You have the forms correct, but you need to use the tax tables to determine how much tax you owe.
