My pump and pressure tank are 150ft from the house my pressure in the house is not good it's a new 20g tank it cuts on at 40 and off at 60. The set up is correct and the pump is 1hp not sure on the GPM but it seems to pump up the tank and cut off pretty quick. What should I do to try and increase the pressure in the house. Is it okay to go up to 45/65 on the switch?

60 is plenty on the high side. You might want to just increase the cut in pressure to 45. But I'd sure put a larger pressure tank in. 20 is small and makes your pump work harder than is necessary.
To make the change to 45/60, you will adjust the large center nut CW enough to go to 45/65, and then turn the smaller nut CCW to get the cut out pressure back down to 60.
What size pipe from tank to house?

Here's the deal as I see it. You turn on water and the tiny tank in the booster pump depletes in a second or two. From that point on, you are strictly going on what the pump can deliver, which is not enough to get to more than 30. Resetting the switch won't help that. Your switch is set to come on now at 40 but you are running at 30, so the cut in point is not the problem. 1" pipe would seem to be enough to get the job done. Do you have a filter or softener on the system?
When you say it reads 30, do you mean 30 on a gauge located at or near the pump?
Have you tried calling Grundfos? I'd call them. It might be that you are asking this pump to do other than what it is designed for.
