Can you move a toilet a couple of feet back in a mobile home? I am looking to make the bathroom a little bigger by losing a closet on the other side of the wall.

You sure can relocate the toilet, but I can't say how easy it will be...could be pipes and/or wires in the wall behind the toilet and not exactly sure how the pipes are set up under the mobile home, but like I said, you can move the toilet...just not sure how involved that will be. Your contractor should be able to determine the required work and cost...
