I need to ask, does anyone know about an organization that provides the best physiotherapy??

Um... do you have the moneyu to travel internationally... and the ability o to get VISA's anywhere.

This is an international site... "Best" means nothing if you don't have the means or ability to go where they are located.

Search out the local places around you and go online for reviews. We have an internationally renowned Physiotherapy and Sports medicine faculaty at our local university. That doesn't help you. Look local, you'll find something.

Start with your doctor recommendations, and include local hospitals, and private clinics, and as CH has said medical universities, and schools.

Be warned that most are not cheap.
