If you were the head of the Human Resources Department of one company, how would you act on the given situation?
If the President of the company ask to look for reasons in order to terminate the employment of Z without the company being charged with illegal dismissal. However, based on records, Z is a good employee who reports for work early, seldom absents himself, dependable, and hardworking. His only flaw, if it may be considered, is his being so outspoken about the ways the President is running the company and about the poor policies of the management with regard to the welfare of the employees. How are you going to act on the matter?
