I have a Liftmaster chain driven garage door opener. It was making a loud squealing noise and I replaced the sprocket gear. It worked great for two weeks and is now beginning to squeal again, but only when the door is closing. The door seems balanced-stays up when released-closes evenly-chain is about 1/2 inch above T-bar.
Appreciate any help
