I have a bridge perrin & rowe faucet with a side sprayer. The side sprayer completely won't work but there is water going to the faucet. There is no water going to the side sprayer at all. Checked the diverter and water pressure that's all fine. PLEASE HELP!

Has it ever worked, or is it new?

Have you removed the spray head and checked for water flow through the spray hose? If not, disconnect the spray head and test for water flow through the hose. If water flows through the hose, check the spray head for blockage or replace.
Otherwise, some of these faucets have a SPRAY DIVERTER up in the body of the faucet/valve...needs to be accessed and removed and probably needs to be replaced. Other types of the bridge perrin & rowe faucet with a side sprayer faucets have spray CONNECTORS under the sink (on cold supply?) This would need to be removed and inspected and/or replaced in this case.
Start with the basics and if needed, don't hesitate to contact the bridge perrin & rowe faucet company directly and speak with their tech. services department as these guys are usually very good at helping with such issues and finding replacement parts!

Hi the side spray has never worked! I've replaced the diverter and it's still not working - can anyone help with the spray connector? Where is this part?

Hi Renovat0r
Did you try the steps I outlined above in March?
Have you removed the spray head and checked for water flow through the spray hose? If not, disconnect the spray head and test for water flow through the hose. If water flows through the hose, check the spray head for blockage or replace.
Back to you...

Hi massplumber2008
Yes I removed the spray head and checked for water flow - there is no water coming to the hose. There doesn't appear to be any problem with the connector either - although no water is coming out of the connector into the hose for the spray rinse?
Is there anything that can go wrong inside the actual bridge or body of the faucet?
Thanks again
