I'm looking for a Movie from somewhere between 2000-2009, the bad guy installs hidden cameras in a familys home. Somehow he becomes friends with the woman in the family whom (might) be pregnant and helps her carrying grocery-bags. There are a horse/horses involde and apparently he knocks her husband of a horse. In the beginning the family lives in a big Town and apparently moves to a small Town instead and there they "met" this guy. Husband works with computers in some way and mr baddie wants his help to steal a lot of money.
