Hi I was cleaning today with bleach palmolive and simple green cleaner and I think I breathed in too much now my chest burns what do I do

You mixed them together. >>>>> you are mixing a base and acid chemicals, and can cause toxic fumes. ( even life threatening if too much is breath in)

Usually there is no treatment for burning the air passages on bleach and other household chemicals together, unless you can't breathe. Mostly it's 'wait and see.'

Take it easy, take Tylenol, avoid windy dusty air, run a humidifier if you are in a northern climate, drink lots of fluids, and STOP using so many cleaners. You can clean just as well with cheap vinegar, and if you must use bleach on occasion, use it ALONE and very sparingly.
