I got a andriod impression tablet for christmas and I can't rember the password how can I factory reset it

Warning, you are going to loose all your files if you do a factory reset.

I think those unit had a reset button on it. Small hole on the side the size of a paper clip.

If not, try shutting it down.
Hold the power and volume up button.
If all goes well your should get a menu, select "Factory Reset"

I had a custom Android firmware unit once that I could not reset the normal way, I had to download the firmware off the manufacture's website.
