I was paying the geek squad online a monthly fee and when I had a problem they went on remotely and 8 hrs later they called and said they were finished and I just needed to restart. When I did my keyboard was disabled. GS said they couldn't help I would have to take it to the GS store. So I do and they are not afflicted with the online squad. Any easy fix out there?
