"Raw score" is a datum that you are given prior to any transformation. I'm guessing that you were probably given a z-score for a data point (which you neglected to include in your question), and are trying to work backwards to determine that point's raw score. You can use this formula for z-score:
z = \frac {x-\mu}{\sigma}
You have values for z (I assume), the mean \mu, and the standard deviation \sigma, so you can rearrange this to determine the value for x.
