Purchased a used 2011 cr-v lx 14200 miles. The head light on chimes do not come on when door is opened. No chimes sound if key is left in ignition and the door is opened.
No chimes sound if you drive without a seat belt. The interior dome light works properly.

Maybe they disconnected the chime circuit.
