I had my period on February 14th until feb 18th. It was suppose to come on feb 13th so it was a day late. Then yesterday the day after my period I had pink discharge when I wiped. I just found out I have endometreosis cyst on my ovary. Im not sure if that can cause it or not. But I've also been feeling nausea. Can you get your period and still be pregnant?

Yes. You can have what seems to be a period and yet be pregnant. It isn't that common but some women are known to have one or two during the early parts of their pregnancies.
For the record, a day late isn't late. Two days late isn't late. Five days late is getting kind of late but is still not late. Your period won't always be spot on and there are many reasons for that. For example if you're stressed, for example you've been diagnosed with endometriosis, that can cause your period to be a little late, or if you've got an illness, that could be causing you to become nauseated, that could cause your period to be a little late.
Having random spotting after your period isn't all that unusual. It probably isn't the Endrometriosis that is doing it, that would just be uterine lining being dumped into your abdominal cavity. To be honest I don't know what could cause the discharge.
Do you think you could've become pregnant? Had unprotected sex? Trying to become pregnant?
When you talk to your doctor about your endometriosis treatment you might want to bring this up. He can calm your mind better than we can.
