I've been trying to conceive, I get all the symptoms of pregnancy but when I take a test or go to the doctor everything is negative. Is there something wrong with me?

We have no way to know if there is something wrong with you. Lab tests need to be run, ultrasounds need to be done. We can't do that on the internet.
How long have you been trying? It takes the average healthy couple up to a year or more of actively trying before getting pregnant.
There is also a possibility that it is not you at all, but rather your partner.

Happens to a lot of women. It will come. Be relaxed. Been to your OB/GYN for talks.

First of course what signs, there is no real signs until you miss a period. So how many periods are you missing.
If you are not missing a period, then there is no pregnancy and no signs.
How long have you been trying, it can take a healthy couple over 1 year to get pregnant.
Have you and husband been to doctor? What is his sperm count. Does he wear tight underwear, use a lot of steam baths and so on.
