Tried plunging, drano, drain cleaners. I have removed 1 toilet, I have 2 separated by a wall. After removal I see standing water. Both toilets are not flushing. We replaced septic and field lines 3 months ago and had system pumped. I see standing water in the pipe after I removed the toilet.

Time to go rent a drain cleaning cable machine....drain line is clogged.
Besides the toilet to gain access to the drain, you should be able to find a MAIN DRAIN CLEANOUT just inside or just outside the foundation (depends on where you live) and you should try the remove the cap and see if there is standing water in that cleanout. If there is water standing in the main drain cleanout, you'll want to snake the drain from that cleanout...a more direct line to the blockage. Do not snake into the septic tank (measure distance).
Good luck!

No, there should not be standing water. You should see a empty pipe. Seeing water means the sewers are back up.
