Pressure shows on gauge at pump, but there is no pressure showing on the gauge at the tee going into the tank.

If you have pressure, it would seem the gauge is bad.

If you have pressure in the house but the gauge reads zero, then the gauge is bad. Read the tank pressure at the top with a tire gauge. That should agree with the gauge.
