Took my baby for her 4 month vaccines yesterday and since then she has not sleep well thru out the night and now in the day she has been crying and she also has a low fever since last night i gave her infants tylenol but she keeps spitting it up should i take her to the E.R

That is normal. If she starts to get a higher fever or throwing up, or anything else like that I would take her in. Make sure she has lots of fluids. ( I have even giving my babies water in their bottles) Just keep an eye on her. Also my son would get a big hard spot on his leg that would last forever after his shots. That was " normal also"

It depends on the vaccine. There are common side effects and dangerous side effects.

I would use your judgement. If you think that the fever isn't bad, under 100ish, and she's properly hydrated, than keep her home but keep an eye on her. If this is concerning you, make an appointment with your child's doctor, they should be able to get you in today. The trouble is that it's hard to say if it was an infection that came from getting the shots, i.e. someone had the flu there, or if it is a side effect of the vaccines themselves.
