Im trying hard to get into school now, My mother hasn't spoken to me in more than a year after kicking me out of her house, I live on my own and work as an EMT for NYS I am wondering if it would be possible to petition the court to have my parents parental rights terminated, on the grounds that they are refusing to provide for your support.

They have no rights at this point, and have no obligation to support you.
I will assume you are having trouble with student grants or loans due to parent income? Have you discussed this with the lender ?

At 21 you are a legal adult and don't need emancipation.

A parent's obligation to support their children ends when they reach majority. A parent's rights to control their children ends when they reach majority. So when you are 21 they have no rights to terminate and no obligations to sue for.
