The power company recently put in a new transformer and it only supplies my home and my one neighbor. I was having issues with low voltage. Now I have really good voltage but my lights flicker every 2 minutes and 45 secs. I have tried shutting off all breakers but one and only had a lamp on with and led bulb and it still flickered. I have tried testing voltage in a couple of outlets but don't see any drop when lights flicker. The power company has been out twice and replaced the wire connections to my meter and have checked my meter, they said it was all good. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank You

Well, I would be suspect of a bad meter base. If the contacts are worn, they can heat up and open and close. Sometimes you will hear a clicking sound when this happens.

But, the POCO should have noticed any burn marks on the meter base when they changed out your cables. Any way, just a SWAG!
