Hello,
Thank you for looking at this question and helping me out. Attached is a MS Word doc that should explain everything. I have read a lot of posts in here and I think I have all the info needed for someone to easily answer my questions. I do have a lot better pictures and drawings, but they were to big to upload.

Thanks...
Chad

Good morning Chad,
You're right about the drawing. Any drawing that doesn't given me the locations of all the stub-ups plus the measurements both from the wall and identify the stub-ups on the drawing is indeed a "horrible depiction" (sorry! )
Go back and size and identify the pipes. What is -d at the bottom left hand corner? Show me what drain your coming off from to pick up the sink. You do realize that you're going to hafta vent this sink don't you? 1/8 to 1/4 " per foot slope is normal for both drains and vents. You will pick up the sink with 2". The pipes do not have to be run through studs. You may use pipe straps to secure them outside. Give me more details to work with. Show the toilet stub-up. Before you go guessing which pipe goes where you're going to hafta track and identify every one. Make very sure that the plumber tied in a vent for the rough-in and figure out where you're going to revent that sink vent into. My E-mail addy's [email protected] if you wish to send pics. Head the E-mail "PLUMBING" Regards, Tom
