There was a movie I watched in the early 90's. There was a guy named Jamie who at the start of the movie gets beaten and killed by some guys while with his girlfriend. The guy cam back as someone else, he drove a mysterious black car that raced all the guys that killed him. Once he beat and killed them all of his car parts that the guys stole from him came back to his car.
