How can I get my daughters probation transferred from New Jersey to Florida ? She lives with her father and he has two daughters and step mom on drugs. She is recovering from heroin addiction been clean for 5 weeks has done rehah for 10 days and is waiting for a daytime 30 day rehabs to open up she's 3rd on the list. She has passed a drug test . I need to get her out of that household . Her father has asked the officer for the transfer but nothing has happened .

Unless she is a dependent under you or you have Power of Attorney, you can't do much. She should be the one getting the transfer started by directly contacting her PO. Are you trying to get her back with you? If not, where will she live?

Is she a minor child and on Juv probation ?
Juv court works differently than adult court.
