I have a really bad pain from my hand to elbow going through middle of my arm. I can not make a fist it becomes more painful. Does anyone know what might be going on?

It could be carpal tunnel, from repetitive motion over a long period, just a thought, not a diagnosis. We can't diagnose on the Internet. Suggest you see a neurologist soon.
